How to do it

  1. Set your company name, address, tax number and currency in Slop Admin.
  2. Make an invoice with New invoice: lines, Tax %, Discount %, dates and notes.
  3. Issue… it for a gapless number, then Export PDF and send it yourself.
  4. Record payment… when the money arrives, and see what is late under Owed by customer.
  5. See profit, tax and cash flow in Slop Reports and the books in Slop Ledger.

What it has: gapless numbering, five invoice templates, recurring invoices, credit notes, customer statements, payment reminders to copy, and posting to a double-entry ledger with bank statement matching in Slop Ledger. What it does not do: it does not email invoices, take card payments or connect to your bank; you import the bank's CSV instead.

Is Slop Invoices made by Wave?

No. Slopographic is not affiliated with Wave. Wave is a trademark of its owner, and the name is used here only to describe what people search for.

Can I move my data to another computer?

Yes. Download a full backup in the Data tab and restore it in the same browser app on the other computer. Everything is in one file.

Does it need an internet connection?

Only to load the page. Your invoices are kept and worked on in the browser, and nothing is uploaded.
