Slop Signature · free, in your browser
Make a Gmail signature
Fill in your details, pick a template and a colour, and copy the signature. Then paste it into Gmail's settings; the steps are on the page.
How to do it
- Type your name, job title, company, phone, email and website. Add social links if you like.
- For a logo or photo, give its web address (Gmail shows pictures only from a web address).
- Pick a Template (Classic, Picture beside, Compact or Banner), a Colour and a Font.
- Choose Copy signature.
- In Gmail: Settings (the gear) › See all settings › General › Signature › Create new. Paste, then Save changes at the bottom.
Your files stay on this device: Slop Signature runs in your browser, with no upload, no account and no watermark.
Questions
Why does my logo not show in Gmail?
Gmail does not show a picture kept inside the signature. Put the logo on your website (or anywhere public) and type its web address in the Logo or photo field.
Are the social links icons?
They are words, such as LinkedIn and Instagram, so every mail program shows them without loading pictures.
Is my information sent anywhere?
No. The signature is made in your browser, and what you type is kept only in this browser so the page opens where you left it.
